  • Charles Keyser [Carl Kayser] was not born in 1702. He was born 16 Jan 1726.

  • Carl Kayser did not come to America as a soldier of the British Crown. He was not recruited in Germany for the French and Indian War, which did not begin until five years after he arrived, however he did participate in that conflict after he arrived.
